Sales Manager

Conduct fitness consultations, goal assessments, and personal training sales presentations to convert new members, leads, and referrals into clients. Follow up consistently with prospective clients via phone, text, and in person to overcome objections and guide them toward services that fit their goals. Build relationships with members, maintain accurate sales records, and monitor client satisfaction and retention. Work closely with the personal training team to ensure smooth transitions and support a high-energy, positive gym environment. Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals while helping motivate the training staff.
