Job Summary
As the Sales Manager for Germany, you will drive sales targets by managing commercial activities including pricing, order negotiation, and credit management. You will develop and manage a client portfolio, increase sales and contributions, and bring new clients to Fedrigoni. Collaborating with the central commercial team, you will contribute to executing a tailored commercial strategy while building long-term relationships with accounts. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 10+ years in commercial roles, strong analytical skills, proficiency in IT tools, and proficiency in both German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial roles with strong customer focus
- Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customers’ accounts
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Experience in structured environments with rigorous commercial processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication, ability to influence and develop talent
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Native German and English
- Spanish and Italian is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sectors serving end consumers (wine industry, cosmetics, household, personal care, food industry)
- Experience in packaging, printing, or labels
