Job Summary

Sales Manager for OEM and distributor accounts in the trucking components space. Responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships with engineering, quality, purchasing, and executive teams at major accounts; negotiating pricing and long-term supply agreements; identifying and pursuing new OEM/distributor opportunities nationwide; coordinating with regional sales teams in CA, TX, IN, and NJ; using CRM (Monday.com) to track leads, activity, and pipeline; generating quotes and orders with accurate pricing; partnering with operations, engineering, and supply chain to address customer programs; providing voice-of-customer feedback to leadership for product development and market positioning; tracking account performance, sales forecasts, and revenue targets; and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in aftermarket parts sales, distribution sales, fleet sales, or dealership channel sales
  • Proven ability to develop and grow accounts through consistent territory management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with CRM use, quoting, and follow-up discipline
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and air as required (estimated 30–50% depending on territory and customer needs)
