Job Summary
Sales Manager for a Funeral Home and Cemetery in Las Vegas, NV. You will coach Family Service Professionals and Advanced Planning Professionals, manage lead distribution and follow-up, generate leads through community engagement and partnerships, collaborate with the VP on annual location pre-need sales budgeting, ensure 24-hour response to customer complaints, mentor and supervise staff, ensure compliance with sales practices and regulations, and support estate planning discussions to grow market share. Strong emphasis on leadership, customer service with grieving families, collaboration across departments, and proactive problem-solving to drive revenue and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years FUNERAL sales management experience PREFERRED
- A valid NEVADA Life insurance license PREFERRED
- 1-3 years experience as a Family Service Professional or Advanced Planning Professional PREFERRED
