Job Summary
Lead store team at Carter’s as a full-time Sales Manager, becoming the product and brand expert to help families navigate from preemie to size 14. Welcome customers, provide product guidance on styles, features, and benefits, and foster an inclusive, safe environment. Coach and develop staff to achieve omni-channel service standards, lead a designated business focus area through planning and follow-through, and perform Leader on Duty responsibilities. Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities, build customer loyalty through company programs, and ensure asset protection and operational controls. Must demonstrate strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities, with the physical capacity to lift up to 40 pounds and availability that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
