Job Summary
As a Full-Time Sales Manager at Carter’s in Woodstock, GA, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, introduce them to our baby essentials, and help prep families for the moments from preemie to size 14. You will become a product and brand expert, coach a store team, foster an inclusive environment, and lead an assigned business focus area through planning and execution. The role emphasizes omni-channel service, driving results, responding to customer concerns in a timely manner, building customer loyalty through company programs (including credit), and maintaining strong communication with the Store Manager and team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation)
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Leadership and coaching abilities
