Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, assist families with product styles and benefits, and model service standards while coaching the team on omni-channel experiences. Lead an assigned business focus area through detailed planning, execute Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and utilize customer feedback to drive results and build loyalty. Respond to customer concerns timely, recognize exceptional performance, and support Asset Protection through consistent safety awareness and operational controls. Maintain a genuine customer focus and foster a positive, inclusive environment for employees and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
