Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and benefits, and model service standards while coaching the team to success. Lead an assigned business focus area through detailed planning, execute Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and utilize customer feedback to drive results and build loyalty. Maintain a genuine customer focus, foster an inclusive environment, and support asset protection through consistent safety awareness and operational controls. Perform duties that may include lifting 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
