Sales Manager (Full Time)

Welcome customers with a warm greeting, model service standards, and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning, maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor, and perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns. Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities, build loyalty through company-sponsored programs, and support the store team with asset protection, safety awareness, and operational controls. Provide consistent feedback to the store team, raise performance concerns to the Store Manager, and recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement. Work a schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
