Job Summary
Sales Manager to lead a remote US-based sales team for Cube Care. Responsibilities include setting direction, closing key deals, leading weekly sales and training meetings, developing and managing sales forecasts and KPIs, ensuring quotas are met, maintaining product and sales knowledge, partnering with HR on staffing, developing sales strategies, coaching and training the team, managing accounts and growth strategies, presenting information clearly, driving a high-performance sales culture, implementing negotiation techniques, managing reports and CRM usage, and ensuring timely follow-ups and accountability. Requires proven sales leadership with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams, strong communication and presentation skills, strategic development capability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Sales Managerial Experience
- Proven track record of leading, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams
- Strong ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, both in written correspondence and presentations
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situation to customer and team members
- Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including ability to attract, develop and retain
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to build a cohesive team and solve conflict among team members
- Proficient in business related technology systems
- Track record of servant leadership; serving others and putting team goals first
- Owners mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility while still empowering others to do the same
- Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities as needed
- Strong ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly to team members
- Demonstrate ability to drive results in the sales leadership role
- A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement, fostering the same mindset within the team
- Familiarity with CRM platforms

- Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB
- Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix or any operating system other than what is required.
- Internet Speed: 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (backup)
- Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
- Web Cam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
