Job Summary
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all branches while leading the sales team to meet targets and optimize performance. Build strong relationships with key clients, negotiate major deals, and analyze sales data to forecast trends and recommend improvements. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align efforts for new product launches and identify new market opportunities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, proven sales management experience, proficiency in ERP systems, and willingness to travel as needed.
