SALES MANAGER

Hire, train, and develop Sales Counselors to generate and maximize new home sales in key locations while managing their marketing plans and traffic-generating activities. Provide continued education and training to the team, assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to help them exceed expectations. Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and annual basis by holding yourself and the team to a high level of accountability. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, new home sales experience, and the ability to travel or relocate to growing markets.
