Job Summary
Hire, train, and develop Sales Counselors to generate and maximize new home sales in key locations while managing their marketing plans and traffic-generating activities. Provide continued education and training to the team, assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
