Job Summary
The Sales Manager will achieve defined revenue targets through strategic and operational coordination of the sales team. Responsibilities include setting sales objectives with the Branch Director, managing business in assigned areas, planning client visits, analyzing customer needs, ensuring sales performance, and coordinating team training and development. Candidates should have a degree or technical diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong results orientation and excellent negotiation skills.
