Job Summary
Sales Manager leads field operations for roofing sales, onboarding and retaining SDRs, and delivering a disciplined field-driven performance program. Must be in the field 5 days a week, drive 200 doors weekly, sign at least 8 jobs per month, and coach SDRs on pitch, damage ID, inspections, and closing. Manages two weekly performance meetings, daily standups, quarterly team-building, and monthly training. Responsible for onboarding, Fast Start milestones, coaching on expectations and tools, and achieving 60% retention at 30 days and 50% at 60 days. Tracks signs, doors, attendance, and engagement; reports metrics to EVP of Sales; collaborates with Training and Recruiting. Requires 3+ years in field-based sales management, door-to-door or outside sales success, and roofing/home services experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, and data-management skills; base salary + commissions with growth into regional/VP roles.
