Job Summary
Sales Manager leading and growing our field-based sales team for exterior remodeling. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching reps; leading weekly meetings; tracking performance; in-field coaching and ride-alongs; driving quota achievement; building a positive, high-performing culture aligned with goals. Requires experience with one-call close in exterior/interior remodeling, 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Role is full-time and field-based in Providence, RI; offers W2 with OTE $250K–$400K+ plus draw, commission, and bonuses; benefits after 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required
- 3+ years in sales
- 1+ year in sales management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
