Job Summary
Hire, train, and coach sales reps by running training classes, workshops, and in-field coaching sessions. Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement while providing regular feedback and performance reviews. Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals. Requires one-call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling, three years in sales, and one year in sales management. Full-time field-based role with weekends required, reporting to a leadership track with OTE of $250,000 to $400,000+.
Required Qualifications
