Job Summary
Hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching sales reps; leading weekly meetings; conducting ride-alongs and in-field coaching; driving quota achievement; building a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals. Requires one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling; 3+ years in sales and 1+ year in sales management; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Field-based role with W2 employment and OTE $250k-$400k+; benefits include medical, dental, vision (after 30 days). Location options span multiple VA sites as listed.
