Job Summary
Lead and grow the sales team for exterior remodeling with hands-on management: hire/train/coach reps, conduct in-field coaching and ride-alongs, lead weekly performance reviews, and drive quota attainment. Requires one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling, 3+ years in sales and 1+ year in sales management, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. W2 role with OTE $250K–$400K+, draw/commission/bonuses paid weekly; full-time field-based position with benefits.
Required Qualifications
