Hire, train, and coach sales reps through weekly classes and workshops while leading meetings to track performance and drive quota achievement. Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching sessions, providing regular feedback and performance reviews to build a high-performing team culture aligned with company goals. Requires one-call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling, three years in sales with one year in management, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, weekends required, field-based. OTE $250,000-$400,000+ with weekly draw, commission, and bonuses. Medical, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days.
Required Qualifications
