Job Summary
Collaborate with sales staff to attain goals, monitor production, and develop the front-line Sales Counselors. Provide direction on hiring, promotion, and training while ensuring company policies are followed. Ensure best results from presentations to current and potential clients through daily evaluations of sales activity. Coordinate employee scheduling to guarantee coverage and communicate frequently with all departments to support location needs. Drive performance through a customer-focused experience by building strong relationships and developing effective sales methods. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel to client homes, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues
- Capable of developing new and effective methods of increasing sales in a competitive environment
- Enjoys interacting and collaborating effectively with others in a team atmosphere
- Well organized with strong time management skills
- Possesses confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone and in person
- Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships
- Possesses the desire to set your own schedule and ability to work evening and weekend hours
- Must posses a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle
- Able to travel to potential clients homes located anywhere in the geographic region served by the location
- Able to obtain any relevant professional licensing required within 90 days of employment
- This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
