Job Summary
Lead all sales initiatives and develop our front-line Sales Counselors while driving performance through a customer-focused experience. Provide direction in hiring, promotion, and training of staff; supervise scheduling and ensure coverage; deliver effective presentations to clients; collaborate with all departments to support location needs; evaluate sales activity and implement best practices. Core competencies include compassion, customer focus, and ethics/values. Must be able to travel to potential clients' homes within the geographic region served, and obtain any relevant professional licensing within 90 days. Availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends. Based in High Point, NC, with salary range and comprehensive benefits outlined.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues
- Capable of developing new and effective methods of increasing sales in a competitive environment
- Enjoys interacting and collaborating effectively with others in a team atmosphere
- Well organized with strong time management skills
- Possesses confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone and in person
- Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships
- Possesses the desire to set your own schedule and ability to work evening and weekend hours
- Must posses a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle
- Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel associated with job duties
- Able to travel to potential clients homes located anywhere in the geographic region served by the location
- Able to obtain any relevant professional licensing required within 90 days of employment
- This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
