Job Summary
The Sales Manager at aequitixx will be responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation to successful contract closure, including on-site customer visits and product presentations. The role includes business development by monitoring market trends, building long-lasting customer relationships through effective management, and enhancing the company’s CRM system. Ideal candidates have at least three years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in small to medium software companies, and should possess strong knowledge of the German market, particularly in the healthcare sector. Proficiency in German and English, as well as a proactive sales approach, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of successful B2B software sales experience
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract conclusion
- Experience in introducing and using CRM systems
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Willingness to travel within Germany and possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of the German market, especially in healthcare
