Job Summary
Sales leadership responsible for driving earned revenue across concerts and culinary experiences; develop and execute a group sales program targeting corporations, social groups, regional audiences, and high-net-worth individuals; create tiered offerings with VIP/premium upgrades, hospitality packages, and bundled experiences; build and manage a pipeline-driven sales process with outbound outreach and relationship management; collaborate with Hospitality, Marketing, Programming, and Development to align pricing, packaging, and inventory with demand; own revenue targets, track KPIs, and refine strategy based on performance data; support sponsorship and naming opportunities as premium visibility platforms; travel may be required; located in Bentonville, AR, with office-based duties at the Momentary venue.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in live entertainment, hospitality, or event venues
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills with corporate and individual clients
- Experience packaging and selling premium or tiered experiences
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly accountable
