Job Summary
Sold role: responsible for the strategic development of distribution-channel opportunities within the European sales region for BAND-IT, managing key regional distributors and contributing to business strategy and product-portfolio development. Focus on expanding distribution activity and end-customer engagement; maintain an active CRM pipeline; deliver presentations on BAND-IT solutions; identify customer needs (Voice of Customer) and develop solution-based offerings; participate in trade shows and events; up to 50% travel focused on Germany and the DACH region; collaborate with production, customer service and quality assurance; operate primarily from a home-office in Germany with international collaboration and a competitive compensation package including a company car.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in selling industrial products, especially via distributors, dealers or agents
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong sales orientation with measurable success
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- High self-motivation, structured working style and results orientation
- Ability to develop individual customer solutions (Solution Selling)
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Extensive resilience and composure when dealing with demanding situations
