Job Summary
Sales Manager leads the event sales strategy and operations for Es Vedra Cinemas’ events, driving revenue by securing new business opportunities (corporate events, weddings, private functions, and other special events) and overseeing the end-to-end event sales process from inquiry to execution. The role collaborates with operations and marketing to ensure seamless event delivery, manages a sales team, negotiates packages and terms with clients, and ensures high client satisfaction through strong relationship management, client consultation, and cross-department coordination (catering, AV, venue setup). Strong focus on identifying opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and tracking performance and budgets. Requires proven event sales experience (typically 5+ years) and strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in event sales or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and event management tools
