Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while establishing performance goals and conducting regular training sessions. Drive revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to expand market share. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management, collaborate with operations teams to meet project timelines, and maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot. Ensure compliance with company policies and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Full-time onsite role with occasional travel; competitive base plus bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or sales management experience in packaging or related field
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Extensive
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make sound and timely business decisions
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, onsite office environment
- Occasional travel for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events may be required

- Experience in the packaging, manufacturing, nutraceutical, or related industries
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
