Job Summary
Lead and develop the EMEA sales team (SDRs and AEs) to consistently hit and exceed quota; own the full funnel from outbound pipeline generation to closed revenue, run forecasts and pipeline reviews, and participate in key deals alongside reps. Drive pipeline hygiene, refine the SDR/AE motion (including PLG), support hiring/onboarding as the team grows, and provide customer insights to leadership. Requires experience leading SaaS sales teams, a track record as a top AE, and a data-driven, results-focused mindset. Bonus points for selling AI/MarTech or developer tools and for experience across PLG & SLG in EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience leading SaaS sales teams (SDRs, AEs, or both) as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
- Track record as a top-performing AE before stepping into leadership
- High bar for qualification, with clear ICP understanding and disciplined discovery skills
- Strong coach and operator with a data-driven mindset and sharp commercial judgment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments
