Job Summary

Own the full sales cycle across EMEA: prospecting, closing and launching deals; develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Europe, with focus on markets where Jampp has limited coverage; expand Jampp’s footprint in MENA through existing relationships and new ones; nurture long-term relationships with key customers with honest communication and delivery—“under-promise and over-deliver”; represent Jampp at industry events across Europe and MENA (20%+ travel); collaborate with Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, and global Sales peers to deliver results; drive local initiatives, track results, and provide feedback to improve global initiatives; remote-first environment with a strong preference for Europe-based profiles including Barcelona.

Required Qualifications

  • +3 years of sales experience and a proven track record in AdTech/SaaS or media sales
  • Detailed understanding of the AdTech / mobile advertising ecosystem
  • Strong network of app advertisers and agencies across European markets
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
  • Analytical pricing and incrementality capabilities
  • Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
  • Knowledge of the MENA market and existing client relationships is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel 20%+

Desired Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with ability to operate independently in a region with whitespace to develop
  • Knowledge of the MENA market and/or existing client relationships in the region is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel (20%+) and represent the company at events
