Job Summary
Drive sales and distribution of Toshiba TVs nationwide while developing and managing dealers to maintain strong relationships. Analyze sales data to ensure correct SKUs are stocked and re-ordered, then work with management to achieve targets. Manage downlines or subordinates to ensure targets are achieved, identifying new product trends and sales opportunities. Requires a ready network of dealer/sales points and 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution. Essential Electronics, established in 2023, is an upcoming electrical appliances distributor with a showroom in Phnom Penh.
Required Qualifications
- Sales driven and aggressive candidate
- Ready network of dealer / sales points available with good reputation
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales & distribution in home appliances
- Good knowledge of the home appliances sector with wide dealer network
- Solid leadership and sales skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
