Job Summary
Drive sales of Retail loan products for Education Infrastructure Loans and expand the customer base by managing and mentoring a team of relationship managers to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include retaining and expanding the customer base for repeat business or referrals, optimizing team productivity, coordinating with Operations and Credit for loan disbursement, aligning ground lead generation activities with sales growth, training and motivating the team, staying informed on market trends and competitive intelligence, providing feedback to product/policy teams to stay ahead, and ensuring compliance with Audit/RBI regulations and internal processes.
