Job Summary
Lead and develop a fast-growing sales team of 8-10 representatives, conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers, and work with strategic accounts. Implement effective sales strategies and training procedures with national sales and training managers. Travel frequently within the territory and to North American locations; relocate to Edmonton to be based at the Edmonton Branch. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of sales/sales management experience with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
