Job Summary
Sales Manager leading a team of new business sales executives to drive new business growth while carrying an individual revenue quota; responsible for setting strategic direction for new business, managing pipeline via Salesforce, coaching sellers to achieve KPIs, building and maintaining client relationships through virtual and in-person meetings, forecasting team revenue, and traveling to meet clients as appropriate; requires experience in leadership within sales, a strong background in enterprise/SaaS or information services, and a track record of driving revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role
- 2–5 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience in a subscription-based, SaaS, media, or information services business is a strong plus
- Strong track record in B2B sales and revenue generation
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Skilled in managing a pipeline and closing deals
