Job Summary
Lead and inspire the sales team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets while supporting store management across all product areas and back-of-house operations. Manage daily commercial and operational activities by working alongside staff to ensure accurate stock processes, efficient service delivery, and safe store environments. Create a motivating atmosphere where coaching and team development are central to daily success, maintaining up-to-date communication to meet business needs. Demonstrate hands-on problem-solving skills to challenge processes and generate innovative ideas in a fast-paced, results-driven retail setting.
Required Qualifications
