Job Summary
Sales Manager/Director in China responsible for driving direct sales across the full sales cycle for RTB House’s performance solutions. Build and sustain relationships with brands and agencies, deliver product and offer presentations, expand the client portfolio, analyze sales statistics to shape growth strategies, and collaborate with technical and account-management teams to ensure successful deployments. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, formal offers, CRM-enabled relationship management, and ongoing training to deepen product and industry knowledge. Must communicate effectively in English and Chinese and contribute to the go-to-market strategy for RTB House’s DSP offerings.
Required Qualifications
