Job Summary
Direct Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue across direct customers, integrators, and dealer networks; lead end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity development to negotiation; conduct site surveys, solution design, and cost estimates for automation/intralogistics projects; lead technical discussions; manage handoff to implementation; build relationships across customers, partners, vendors; travel ~40% to client sites, shows, events; requires Bachelor's in engineering/business and 3+ years project-based sales; proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of logistics/automation; basic AutoCAD preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project-based sales experience
- Experience working with both direct customers and/or partner channels preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of logistics and/or automation systems is preferred
- Basic AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Performance-driven and persistent
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication
