Sales Manager – Digital Advertising role focused on expanding Shopfully’s Polish market presence. Responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions, driving new business through consultative selling, leveraging an established Polish network, creating compelling presentations and proposals, leading meetings online and in person, building long-term value-based relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated on digital advertising trends, representing the brand at industry events, and owning a self-organized, results-driven sales pipeline. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales in digital marketing/advertising, strong presentation/negotiation skills, native Polish with good English, and the ability to work in a hybrid Warsaw-based environment.
