Lead, motivate, and develop a successful automotive sales team at Diehl Kia of Massillon; desk deals and assist sales consultants throughout the sales process to achieve dealership goals, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, monitor sales performance, collaborate with finance and inventory teams, maintain strong knowledge of Kia products and programs, and recruit/train/mentor sales staff.
