Job Summary
Sales Manager – Enrollment Growth leads enrollment across five preschool locations in the Denver area, owning occupancy targets (98–100%), and managing the full sales funnel from inquiry through enrollment close. Builds scalable enrollment infrastructure, analyzes market demand, and partners with senior leadership on expansion. Trains and coaches center directors on consultative sales, engages families and community partners, and drives revenue growth while maintaining a strong local presence and mission-driven culture. Works within a defined territory to optimize occupancy and enrollment, leveraging CRM tools and data to inform strategy and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience
- At least 2 years in a sales management or sales leadership role
- Proven ability to manage a defined territory and own revenue results
- Experience developing and executing structured sales processes and cadences
- Strong track record in business development and multi-stage sales funnel management
- Experience coaching or training sales teams or non-sales staff on sales techniques
