Job Summary
Sales Manager leading a CDJR dealership sales team, responsible for maximizing vehicle sales and gross profit, coaching and developing staff, managing floor coverage and lead management, guiding negotiations and closing deals, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and lender/manufacturer standards, and collaborating with the Finance & Insurance team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Focused on achieving monthly and annual sales goals, training on product knowledge and CRM usage, and fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability and results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience preferred.
- Previous CDJR dealership experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
