Job Summary
Sales Manager to grow OneFootball's DACH agency sales footprint. Own a portfolio of media agencies across the DACH region, build and maintain relationships with Heads of AV, Investment Leads, and media planners/buyers, identify new business opportunities, nurture existing partnerships, collaborate with Client Direct Sales to unlock strategic, long-term collaborations, translate client objectives into tailored media and partnership solutions, lead pitches and negotiations, drive revenue growth through successful campaign execution and rebookings, and continuously refine sales processes to support quarterly objectives. Familiarity with digital media, programmatic advertising, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is required; fluency in German and English is expected. Interest in sports marketing and football is a plus; remote-friendly with Berlin office presence.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in media sales within the DACH ecosystem (media agency or sales house preferred)
- Solid understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, and the DACH media landscape
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience selling digital products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- Effective negotiation and contract management skills
