Job Summary
Sales Manager AutoStore is responsible for developing, selling, and expanding AutoStore business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature, coordinating solution design and budgeting, and consulting customers on logistics processes to ensure optimal automation solutions. The role requires building long-term customer relationships, collaborating with logistics consultants and technical teams, contributing to market development and strategy, representing Kardex in meetings and industry events, and supporting onboarding as the team scales. Willingness to travel and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical field
- Czech/Slovak native speaker with excellent English skills
- Experience in intralogistics, automation, or related fields
- Proven track record in solution selling, technical consulting, or automation projects
