Sales Manager

Prospect and develop new potential clients, including event agencies and corporate accounts, while attending networking events and presenting hotel facilities. Negotiate contracts, monitor market competitors, and collaborate with internal departments to coordinate services and implement commercial offers. Follow up on signed contracts, monitor key performance indicators, and develop the existing corporate client portfolio. Drive all revenue streams, maximize STR performance, and contribute to achieving PMI and ReviewPro objectives. Initiate monthly SAP Sales activity plans and respond to client inquiries in accordance with service standards. Maintain relationships with existing clients through meetings, hosting business lunches or dinners, and providing special offers. Organize special events for prospective and existing hotel clients. Ensure continuous compliance with brand standards and audit requirements. Communicate guest feedback to relevant departments to improve customer satisfaction. Provide the Finance Director with required information, including documents, reports, analyses, contracts, and invoices.
