Job Summary
Lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets while supporting store management across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed. Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe, and target-driven environment. Demonstrate a hands-on approach by working alongside staff to ensure communication remains up-to-date and accurate, creating an atmosphere where motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is central to everything you do.
