Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in contract logistics. Identify and engage potential customers, tailor solutions to their needs, and build strong relationships to secure repeat business. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate CRM records. Participate in industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Requires proven warehousing/3PL experience, strong negotiation skills, Mandarin fluency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the supply chain sector with warehousing and distribution services
- In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients at all levels
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
