Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of successful sales, account management, business development, or customer leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs, uncover growth opportunities, and develop fact-based recommendations that create value for both the customer and The Coca-Cola Company
- Proven experience leading annual business planning, conducting executive business reviews, and translating insights into actionable growth strategies and measurable results
- Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both customer-facing and executive-level settings
- Strategic thinker who anticipates customer, category, and industry trends and proactively develops solutions that support long-term business growth
- Demonstrated ability to lead through collaboration by activating cross-functional resources, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across complex customer opportunities
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States
