Job Summary
Sales Manager will oversee the dealership's sales operations, lead a team of Sales Representatives, develop sales strategies, and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth, monitoring sales metrics and analyzing data to improve performance, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. The position requires proven leadership in a sales management role, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
