Job Summary
Lead a team of sales consultants by participating in their hiring, training, and development while integrating with office and operations staff to maximize sales center efficiency. Provide positive leadership in implementing the Palm Harbor sales system and operating principles, ensuring adherence to structure and systematic approaches. Practice excellent organization, time management, and communication skills to build strong customer relationships and solve problems tactfully. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Cavco Industries delivers affordable housing to help real people find, fund, and protect their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Two years sales experience with the company and/or the industry
- High School diploma
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
- No prior corrective counseling events
Desired Qualifications
- College preferred
- Industry experience preferred!
