Job Summary
Manage a team of sales representatives selling Canon's hardware and software solutions, including printers, copiers, and document management systems, to companies within a defined territory. Train, develop, and coach current and new sales staff to ensure 100% quota achievement through clear goal setting and timely deadline management. Conduct performance reviews, submit accurate forecasts, and maintain proficiency in product and promotional knowledge while managing assigned company assets. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of related experience, and management of two or more full-time employees, with a base salary range of $61,800 to $92,520 annually plus incentive compensation.
