Job Summary
Sales Manager, Canada leads profitable growth and strategic account development for Canadian retailers and omnichannel partners. Responsibilities include developing joint business plans, leading assortment and promotional strategies, driving omnichannel execution, managing national and regional retailers, performing SKU-level forecasting, inventory and promotional planning, and providing actionable insights to optimize pricing, forecasting, and investments. The role requires strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and eCommerce, with a focus on omnichannel retail execution, partner relationships, and revenue growth. 6–8+ years in national account management or related sales leadership within consumer electronics or premium consumer goods is expected; proficiency with retail analytics tools (POS data, BI tools) and ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution is required. A minimum 200Mb/s download and 10Mb/s upload internet connectivity is required to support remote/hybrid work.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in national account management, sales, business development, or commercial leadership within consumer electronics, premium consumer goods, or related industries; experience managing major Canadian retailers such as Amazon Canada, Best Buy Canada, London Drugs, Costco Canada, Walmart Canada, or similar accounts.
